Pilasole was born from a love for movement and mindful living. We believe that every stretch, every pose, and every breath is an opportunity to reconnect — not to push harder, but to move with intention.

Why We Started

Before creating Pilasole, we noticed a clear divide in the world of Pilates and yoga socks.

Most options were either highly functional but uninspiring in design, or visually beautiful yet lacking the support and reliability needed for real practice. Too often, this left practitioners feeling distracted, unsupported, or less confident during movement.

We felt there was room for something different.

Something that honoured both performance and aesthetics — so that what you wear supports your body without taking you out of the moment.

Designed to Support the Practice

From our very first sample to our current collection, we have focused on turning small details into meaningful experiences.

We work with high-quality cotton blends, precision-placed grip soles, and carefully considered fits to ensure stability, comfort, and durability. Every element is refined with purpose, allowing the socks to move naturally with the body rather than restrict it.

At the same time, we approach design with a studio-first mindset — drawing inspiration from ballet, Pilates studios, and calm, neutral aesthetics. The result is pieces that feel as good as they look, and remain quietly present throughout your practice.
